Dear Parents,

It has been observed that some parents are not sending lunch with their children in the morning. This causes inconvenience to the students during lunchtime and disrupts the normal functioning of the school.

We would like to inform all parents that no lunch will be accepted during school hours from any parent, guardian, or local person. This policy is in place strictly for the safety and security of our students, as allowing food deliveries during school hours may pose a security risk.

You are, therefore, requested to ensure that your ward brings his/her lunch box in the morning itself. No exceptions will be made to this rule.

We seek your cooperation in maintaining a safe and disciplined school environment for all our children.

यह देखा गया है कि कुछ अभिभावक अपने बच्चों के साथ सुबह टिफिन नहीं भेज रहे हैं, जिससे छात्रों को मध्याह्न भोजन के समय कठिनाई होती है और विद्यालय की सामान्य व्यवस्था भी प्रभावित होती है।

सभी अभिभावकों को सूचित किया जाता है कि विद्यालय समय के दौरान किसी भी अभिभावक या स्थानीय व्यक्ति से टिफिन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। यह नियम छात्रों की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए सख्ती से लागू किया गया है। विद्यालय समय में बाहर से टिफिन मंगवाना सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से जोखिमपूर्ण हो सकता है।

अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि आप अपने बच्चे के साथ सुबह ही टिफिन भेजना सुनिश्चित करें। इस नियम में किसी भी प्रकार की छूट नहीं दी जाएगी।
