SCHOOL RULES

The code of Conduct states that we will respect property and personal rights, co-operate with and support each other and take responsibility for safe environment. The teacher’s right to teach and a student’s right to learn cannot be disturbed by the actions of others. Bullying and harassment at school, along with other accordingly. The rules that apply in all circumstances in our school are “Do the right things say the right thing?” The following practices will lead to strict disciplinary action. Please refer to the section on Disciplinary Measures.
1. Disfiguring or damaging school property. Untidy classroom and unruly behavior in class
2. Bunking classes.
3. Bunking School.
5. Bringing a cell-phone to school.
6. Use of violence in any form.
7. Scribbling or writing anything on the shirts or uniform.
8. Using abusive language.
9. Not wearing the proper school uniform, (winter or summer uniform) during the term, as specified in the School Almanac.
10. Bringing, wearing, buying, selling or possessing any kind of garment or apparel with slogans written on them.
11. Damaging, scribbling or tearing pages from Library books, Texts or Exercises books.
12. Bringing sharp and injury causing articles such as knives etc.
13. Bringing books, CDs etc. not relevant to their course work.
14. Bringing costly articles (like expensive watches, cameras, fountain pens, i-pods).
15. Bullying or using any form of violence against a fellow student.
16. Gambling, using drugs in prohibited.
17. Possession of crackers or bursting crackers in school.
18. Throwing colour on one another within or near the school premises.
19. Bringing more than Rs. 30/- for canteen purposes.
 20. (a) Entering school without uniform even after school hours. (b) Bringing civil Clothes to school at any point of time unless prior permission has been granted by a teacher.
21. Late arrival in classes.
22. Late arrival in school.
23. Misconduct indiscipline and misbehavior in school transport, it is advised that all students should use the school transport, rather than Pvt. Transport.
Disciplinary Measures any student found breaking school rules will be dealt with according to the Intervention. The following measures will be adopted to maintain discipline:
1. Oral warning & counseling.
2. Written warning.
3. Fine.
4. Issue of Red Cards.
5. Withdrawal of bus facilities for misbehavior in the school bus (Parents will be responsible for picking them up and dropping them to school)
6. Detention
7. Exclusion from class and school activities along with issue of Red Card.
8. Suspension
9. Expulsion
However the Principal retains the right to expel a student outright if the offence is of a very serious nature. The Principal will have the right to withhold the character certificate of any student whose conduct is not in keeping with rules laid down by the school.
