Notification for Admission (2021-22) Dear Parents, The process of New Admissions for session 2021-22 has started. The parents who are interested for admission of their ward may get the child registered for entrance test. The process of admission is as under: 1. Admissions will be strictly merit based & as per the availability of seats in each class. 2. Registration of the students will be through online mode (school app) student’s login & guest login. Registration will be confirmed only after payment of the non refundable registration fee. Parents can also visit the school office for registration. 3. School will allot the date of entrance test to the registered candidates. Only the Candidates, who will qualify the entrance test, will be invited for admission. 4. Qualified candidates will be given a certain window period for depositing the fee, completing admission formalities and documentation. 5. Candidates who will not complete the admission formalities within the prescribed time period, their claim will be rejected and the seat will be allotted to the next waiting candidates. 6. Interaction of the parents with the principal is compulsory at the time of admission. 7. Students getting admission in Nursery class will not have any formal test but interaction of the parents with the principal is compulsory. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- सत्र 2021-22 के लिए नए प्रवेश की प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ हो चुकी है । जो अभिभावक अपने किसी बच्चे का एड्मिशन करवाना चाहते हैं वो बच्चे का रजिस्ट्रेशन करा सकते हैं । एड्मिशन की प्रक्रिया निम्न प्रकार से है: 1. प्रत्येक कक्षा में प्रवेश पूरी तरह से मेरिट के आधार पर, उपलब्ध सीटों के अनुसार ही होगा । 2. बच्चों का रजिस्ट्रेशन स्कूल ऐप के स्टूडेंट्स लॉगिन तथा गेस्ट लॉगिन के माध्यम से होगा । अप्रतिदेय (वापसी योग्य नहीं) रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस (ऑनलाइन अथवा ऑफलाइन) जमा करने के बाद ही रजिस्ट्रेशन कन्फ़र्म माना जाएगा । रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए अभिभावक स्कूल कार्यालय में भी संपर्क कर सकते हैं । 3. जिन बच्चों का रजिस्ट्रेशन हो जाएगा उन्हे स्कूल द्वारा प्रवेश परीक्षा की तिथि दी जाएगी। प्रवेश परीक्षा पास करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को ही प्रवेश के लिए आमंत्रित किया जाएगा । 4. प्रवेश परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले प्रवेशार्थियों को स्कूल फीस जमा करने, प्रवेश की प्रक्रिया एवं दस्तावेज़ जमा करने के लिए कुछ समय दिया जाएगा। 5. जो प्रवेशार्थी दिये गए समय के भीतर प्रवेश की प्रक्रिया को पूरा नहीं कर पाएंगे उनके प्रवेश के दावे को निरस्त मानते हुए वेटिंग लिस्ट वाले बच्चों को प्रवेश के लिए आमंत्रित कर लिया जाएगा। 6. प्रवेश के समय माता-पिता का प्रधानाचार्य के साथ संवाद आवश्यक होगा । 7. नर्सरी कक्षा में प्रवेश के लिए कोई औपचारिक परीक्षा नहीं होगी परंतु माता-पिता का प्रधानाचार्य के साथ संवाद आवश्यक होगा। सादर सूचनार्थ । D K DHIMAN
